Accepted Students

What's next for MSW and DSW students?

MSW Students

Visit campus

If you haven't already, come experience the beauty of our campus, meet current GWC students and see for yourself the individual attention you'll get from our faculty. It's never too late to schedule a visit.

Plan your finances

Our Office of Admission and Financial Aid will help you navigate the financial aid process. Be sure to complete your FAFSA form by March 1 to qualify for need-based aid. Our school code is 001634.

Pay your enrollment deposit

A $100 enrollment deposit serves as an initial commitment to GWC. The deposit will be applied toward your tuition. Pay deposit online.

Complete your criminal background check

A background check is required of all MSW students prior to the start of the program. Go to www.castlebranch.com and click on “Students” then enter package code: GE76.

Register for a registration night event

Attend an on-campus registration session to sign up for classes and learn about GWC’s online resources that are essential tools used throughout the MSW program. Work with your academic advisor to explore courses, register for classes, and create a graduation plan.

Register for orientation

Our orientation program helps you transition to the MSW program at GWC. Attend this mandatory event to receive important information about specializations, field instruction, ethics and boundaries, library and academic resources and get to know your fellow classmates.
