Details:

Actor, writer and storyteller Susan Marie Frontczak brings history and literature to life through her one-woman dramas. Using individual stories to create full-length plays, she inspires others through her narration, shaping an image, a message or an epic journey. Frontczak returns to the Sundays at 4 series as Clara Barton, a pioneer nurse who founded the American Red Cross.

Through her portrayal of Clara Barton in “Patriot Angel,” Frontczak pays tribute to the soldiers who serve in our armed forces and their families. Explore how she worked her way through government red tape both to care for the wounded on the Civil War battlefield and convince the United States government to bring the Red Cross to America. Her fortitude under fire and dedication to the cause of humanity stand as a role model for all time.
