To complete your degree and receive a diploma, whether or not you plan to participate in the ceremony, you must complete the Graduation Application.
Verify legal name to be printed on diploma
Verify diploma mailing address is correct
Indicate whether or not you will participate in the ceremony
Confirm ceremony name
Pay graduation fee (all students must pay regardless of participation choice)
You can find graduation honors requirementshere. Honors will be based on the cumulative GPA and semester hours completed as of March 15 (spring and summer graduates) preceding commencement and updated upon degree notation.
The graduation survey will be sent in the next few weeks.

Cap and Gown Days
Pick up cap and gown.
Pick up commencement packet. Packet will include specifics for your commencement ceremony and tickets for your guests.
Stop by the Alumni Relations table and receive your gift.
Receive information about ordering class ring, diploma frame and personalized announcements.
University awards that are normally presented at Honors Convocation will be announced during the Commencement ceremony.

5 p.m.: Graduating students report to Upper Lewis Hall to line up for the ceremony
Woodstock Center and Online students graduating in spring or summer can select to participate in either theGWC campus ceremonyon Friday, July 24, 2020 or theAurora campus ceremonyon Sunday, August 2, 2020.
A professional photographer will take each graduate's photo as he/she receives his/her diploma. The graduate will receive a proof of the photos via email after the ceremony and will be able to order prints. For more information, visitMyGradPic.
Cameras are permitted, but guests are asked to remain in their seats during the ceremony.
The ceremony is videotaped and streamed livehere; the video will be available for replay afterward.
Fresh flowers are available for purchase before and after the ceremony.
