Student Life

Student Life

At GWC, we believe in nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. Our extracurricular activities help our students create a close-knit community, develop leadership skills and put teamwork into action. Through student organizations, opportunities for service, residence life, and activities, our students find experiences that help them explore their passions, prepare for their future and find adventure along the way. Plus, we have a ton of fun on Geneva Lake!

Student Activities

On a typical day, our students hang out around the campfire, take a hike on the lakeshore path, settle in for movie night or take advantage of all of the activities that Geneva Lake offers. We often head off-site to nearby towns such as Delavan, Lake Geneva, and Fontana or take day trips to Milwaukee, Madison or Chicago for cultural activities and entertainment. We balance study, field learning, and social activities to provide a comprehensive and enjoyable college experience.

Residence Life

At GWC, we don't have the typical cramped, cookie-cutter dorm rooms that are common at other colleges. Our residence halls are spacious modern lodges that offer all of the amenities such as private bathrooms, lake views, wireless networks, and plenty of space in a wooded, peaceful setting. Student housing is located in the center of GWC, overlooking the lakefront, with easy access to classrooms, computer labs, and the dining hall.
