Residence Hall Rentals

Aurora University has residence hall rooms available for multi-day events and camps that require an overnight stay. Most rooms are doubles and are air-conditioned. Each residence hall has a common laundry room and lounge room, which are also available for guests to use. Rooms are available to rent from late-May through late-July.

Securing a Room

Download the Rental Request and Agreement Form. Once completed, submit the form via email to externalrentals@aurora.edu. 

All forms will be reviewed against the current events calendar to ensure that AU does not have a conflicting event scheduled. All requests must be submitted 30 days before the date requested.

Please note, all residence hall stays require additional documentation to be reviewed and signed upon the approval of the rental agreement. Dining is available for all residence hall stays.
